I love the fried fish with rice. I also like to condiment it with lemon juice. My grandmother and my mother usually make it, this food is very tasty. In the first time, to prepare it, is need to clean the fish and then remove the bones, then you have to cut the fish into pieces.  You also prepare a batter to fry it in oil, the batter consists of eggs with flour, you can also add beer to make it crunchier. I always liked this food because it's flavor is very pleasant, too reminds me of when I lived in Valparaíso when I was a child. I have memories of accompany to my father to the market when I was a child in Valparaiso, I remember how we chose a big fish. Then my father would fillet it and remove the bones, so my mother could make the batter to fry it.

BLOG 3: I love mi Nintendo DS

Imagen
My favorite gadget is my Nintendo DS. This is a videogame portal console with two screens. It's second screen is touch-sensitive and can be operated with a special stylus, which comes with the console. This was a Christmas present from my parents when I was twelve years old. I usually use this gadget to de-stress me. I have to put a cartridge in it that contains the games that run on the console. I love this gadget, it allows me to keep my childhood feeling fresh, it's a bit nostalgic because I still play games that are from fifteen years ago. It's helps me to distract myself and have long periods of fun. Even though I'm old, I would be very sad if I lost this gadget, or if it were to go ruined. Anyway, despite the sentimental value, it's not a vital important gadget and I could continue to live without it.
